Jalapeño Poppers with Brisket and Bacon and barbecue sauce garnished with cilantroAt least once a month and sometimes twice, we make a Smoked Brisket. It is seriously my favorite. I kind of turn into Bubba from Forrest Gump when I talk about brisket.

We make Brisket Tacos, Brisket Nachos, Brisket Taquitos, Brisket Fried Rice and Brisket Sandwiches and now I can add Brisket Jalapeño Poppers to the list. If you are wondering what you can make with leftover brisket, I have you covered!

How to make the bacon crispy on jalapeño poppers:

I like to cook and crumble the bacon and add it to the top of these jalapeño poppers instead of wrapping the poppers in bacon. The bacon stays crispy this way but you can also wrap the stuffed poppers in bacon before baking.
